About Cedas

Cedas was founded in 2017 by E-MBA and Marine Engineer Peter Jensen Hyldgaard. The purpose was to be an experienced and professional partner in industrial automation and related technologies.

We are working to bring value to our customers in the short and long term. We have a history of several succesfull projects ranging from small industrial machines to plant wide automation in the manufactoring industry.

Overall, we are a strong, experienced and dedicated team that stands together to develop and deliver customized digital automation solutions that our customers will value in the short and long term.

Global Presence

Cedas ApS has expanded from its original base in Randers, Denmark, to become an international group with operations in three countries. Alongside the Danish company, the group now includes Manage Automation, LLC based in Florida, USA, and Cedas International Pvt. Ltd. located in Chennai, India.

This international presence allows us to combine European engineering expertise with local support and global reach. With teams across Denmark, the United States, and India, we are able to support customers worldwide with automation solutions, project execution, and technical expertise.

Our expansion strengthens our ability to serve clients globally while maintaining the same commitment to quality, reliability, and close customer collaboration that Cedas has always been known for.

The industry and technical management in general never yet been able to use a software tool being able to interactively inform the department of maintainance when to replace critical parts by using existing wellknown sensor technologies. From an investment point of view, this should be interesting for technical organisations. The software here is hooked up with existing equipment. The techical organisations that previously had to schedule maintainance ahead of time based on "gut feelings" and resource demanding data analysis will now be able - in much higher degree - to utilise IoT and base their decisions on a better foundation.
